The program is built on the historical journey of the country, including two chapters with the themes "Liberating the South" and "The Country Rising Up", presented in the form of a combination of singing, dancing, music, documentary reports, screen graphics... with a duration of 90 minutes performed by artists of the Military Region 7 Art Troupe.

Throughout the program are songs that accompanied the years of resistance against the US, saving the country, the renovation period and some new compositions praising the leadership of the Party, President Ho Chi Minh, the brave fighting spirit, the glorious feats of our army and people.

The special performances highlight the image of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the historic Ho Chi Minh Campaign; promote the tradition of the army and armed forces of Military Region 7 in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

50 years of spring of the country aims to widely propagate the significance, stature and historical value of the Day of Liberation of the South and National Reunification; affirm the wise leadership of the Party and President Ho Chi Minh; honor the strength and determination to fight and win of our army and the Vietnamese people; the great strength of the great national unity bloc in the revolutionary cause of the nation.

The program also pays tribute to the contributions of the forces who fought and sacrificed to create the great victory of the nation; honors the determination to fight and win of the Vietnam People's Army, the armed forces of Military Region 7 and the people of the whole country, thereby arousing the patriotism and pride of cadres, soldiers and people in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland, building a developed Vietnam and entering the era of national growth.

50 years of spring in the country recreates the image of the resounding march on the Truong Son mountain range to the beloved South in the historic month of April.

The Vietnamese feet are small but brave and indomitable. The soldiers crossed from the deep forests to the green rice fields of their homeland to carry out their sacred duty for the Fatherland.

Saigon - the beloved land is eagerly waiting for victories. Each group of soldiers carries the wind of great victory towards the South. There have been sacrifices and losses, memories of the army and people, and victories that resounded across the land and sky.

Then the day of reunification came. North and South reunited as one. The country was filled with joy, the red flag with yellow star fluttered in the joyful music.

In peacetime, our army is always heroic and indomitable. The red flag with yellow star will forever fly in the blue sky of independence, leading Vietnam into an era of innovation.
