On July 28, at the Department of Hematology - Blood Transfusion, Provincial General Hospital, the Health Sector Trade Union coordinated with the Provincial Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation to organize the voluntary blood donation program "Pink Drops - White Blouse" in 2024.

The program attracted 250 volunteers who are officers, doctors and nurses working at units under the Ninh Binh Health sector to participate in voluntary blood donation. The expected amount of blood received is 230 units, which will contribute to ensuring the necessary blood reserve to provide timely supply to medical facilities to serve the treatment of patients, while also helping blood donors have the opportunity to check their own health.

"Pink Drops - White Blouse" is an annual voluntary blood donation activity of the Ninh Binh Health sector to promote and raise awareness of medical staff, doctors, civil servants and public employees in the health sector about the purpose, meaning and humane value of voluntary blood donation to save lives.
