Art program "Fragrance and beauty of Vietnamese Ao Dai" - shining the light on the beauty of Ao Dai and Vietnamese women.

The art program "Fragrance and beauty of Vietnamese Ao Dai" in response to "Ao Dai Week" organized by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union in collaboration with the Vietnam Ao Dai Club and SVF Holding will take place from 7-9:30 p.m. on February 29 at Ho Guom Theater.

The program showcased the outstanding Ao Dai collection of designer Do Trinh Hoai Nam and more than 50 excellent designers from the North, Central and South regions representing nearly 10,000 students who graduated from the program "Cut and design Ao Dai", organized by the Vietnam Women's Union in collaboration with designer Do Trinh Hoai Nam - representative of SVF Academy.

The collections presented at the show were inspired by famous heritages, majestic natural landscapes of Vietnam; from national flags and special diplomatic marks between Vietnam and other countries.

In particular, the program is organized to celebrate the 114th anniversary of International Women's Day (March 8, 1910 - March 8, 2024), contributing to affirming the important role and value of Ao Dai in life, culture and society; arousing love, pride and responsibility to preserve and promote national cultural heritage, towards making Ao Dai become a Vietnamese Cultural Heritage and promoting the image of Ao Dai, culture, country, Vietnamese people in general and Vietnamese women in particular to become closer to many domestic and international friends.

The program "The Scent of Vietnamese Ao Dai" is a combination of singing, dancing, musical theater and sound and light technology, 3D screen visual effects, written and produced by the director team Quang Tu and Bao Ngoc. The program also features performances by the wives of Ambassadors from the United States, Armenia, Morocco, Czech Republic, Indonesia...

The program "Fragrance and color of Vietnamese Ao Dai" includes 3 chapters: Chapter 1: Pride of Vietnamese Ao Dai; Chapter 2: Soul of Vietnamese Ao Dai; Chapter 3: Quintessence of Vietnamese Ao Dai.

Through the collection, viewers will see the vivid teaching skills and practical design lessons of designer Do Trinh Hoai Nam - who continuously "gives wings" to success for women through the program "Cutting and designing Ao Dai".
