Secretary of Chiem Hoa District Party Committee awarded certificates of merit to collectives with achievements in the emulation movement "Exemplary Veterans", period 2019-2024.

The Chiem Hoa District Veterans Association has 27 grassroots organizations, with a total of 5,309 members. In the period of 2019-2024, the officers and members of the District Veterans Association have promoted their sense of responsibility; set an example, actively responded to and effectively implemented the emulation contents and targets of the Association and the locality. Through the emulation movement, many good models, practices and typical examples have emerged in various fields.

In the period of 2024-2029, the War Veterans Association at all levels in Chiem Hoa district strives to complete the following goals: Over 95% of cadres, party members, and members study and research the Party's directives, resolutions, policies, and laws of the State; 100% of union officials at all levels participate in training and professional development for the Association; each year, 35 or more poor war veteran households are eliminated; the number of well-off and rich households increases by over 513; the average income of members reaches over 56 million VND/person.

Every year, strive to have 96% or more of the Association's grassroots units complete their tasks well, of which 20% complete their tasks excellently; 93% or more of the branches complete their tasks well; 98% or more of the members' families achieve the title of "Cultural Family"; 93% or more of the members achieve the title of "Exemplary War Veteran". The District War Veterans Association completes its tasks well or better.

The Congress elected 20 outstanding delegates to attend the "Exemplary Veterans" Emulation Congress of Tuyen Quang province, period 2019-2024.

On this occasion, the District People's Committee awarded 10 collectives and 15 individuals; the District Veterans Association awarded 2 grassroots collectives, 23 branches and 11 individuals for their achievements in the emulation movement "Exemplary Veterans", period 2019-2024.
