The Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province received citizens on the morning of March 8.

Leaders of Hai Duong province received citizens at the Provincial Citizen Reception Office (No. 45 Bac Son Street, Quang Trung Ward, Hai Duong City). The Provincial People's Committee Office requested citizens to register directly at the Provincial Citizen Reception Office before March 5.

The Provincial Party Secretary and the Provincial People's Committee Chairman received citizens who registered complaints and denunciations under the jurisdiction of the provincial level. For complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections under the jurisdiction of departments, branches and district levels, citizens are requested to contact the competent agencies and individuals (departments, branches or district-level People's Committees) for consideration and resolution.
