Hai Duong provincial agencies move to new headquarters in Hai Phong city from June 28 - 29

To ensure the normal operation of agencies immediately after the merger of Hai Duong province and Hai Phong city from July 1, the Hai Duong Department of Construction requested agencies and units in the province to move their headquarters to a new location according to the headquarters arrangement plan of the Hai Phong City People's Committee.

Accordingly, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, the Internal Affairs Committee, the Office of the City Party Committee, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the People's Council of Hai Phong City work at Building A (15 floors) at the Hai Phong City Political - Administrative Center in the urban area of ​​Bac Song Cam (Thuy Nguyen City).

The Office of Hai Phong City People's Committee, Hai Phong City Party Committee and Department of Education and Training work at Building B (15 floors).

Departments: Culture, Sports and Tourism, Industry and Trade, Justice, Construction, Health, Home Affairs, Agriculture and Environment; Party Committees of provincial Party agencies, City Party Committee Inspection Committee, City Party Committee Organization Committee work at courts from C to M.

7 units arranged their working headquarters outside the Hai Phong City Political - Administrative Center, including: Hai Phong City Inspectorate uses the headquarters of Hai An District People's Committee; Hai Phong City Fatherland Front Committee uses the new headquarters of Ngo Quyen District People's Committee at the location behind Le Hong Phong Street; Department of Finance uses the headquarters of Hong Bang District People's Committee; Department of Science and Technology uses the old headquarters of Ngo Quyen District People's Committee on Da Nang Street; Department of Foreign Affairs continues to use the current headquarters; Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board uses headquarters at 5, 7, 9 Dinh Tien Hoang; Hai Phong City Public Administration Center uses the headquarters of Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board at 24 Cu Chinh Lan.

In order to move the office according to plan, the Department of Construction of Hai Duong province requested that departments and branches proactively work with Hai Phong City units to develop a detailed plan for arranging the offices of leaders and specialized departments and divisions of their units after the merger.
