Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Bui The Duy shared at the training session
At the training course, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Bui The Duy helped trainees better understand the potential and limitations of GenAI technology in supporting daily work.
GenAI can be a useful tool to solve simple tasks and routine tasks, helping to reduce the workload of agencies and units. The Deputy Minister also noted some important points when using AI in work. First of all, GenAI cannot replace experts in complex fields. This technology can only support simple tasks, while problems requiring deep expertise still need human intervention.

In addition, there are other issues to note, which is that information can sometimes be inaccurate. The Deputy Minister said that GenAI can provide incorrect or inaccurate information, so when using it, always pay attention to re-checking information sources before applying it to actual work. On the other hand, GenAI's ability to understand context is limited. This technology depends on the input data provided by users, so it cannot fully meet the requirements that require a deep understanding of the situation or context. GenAI lacks human creativity and emotion. Therefore, human participation is needed to complete products or work that require emotional and creative elements.
This training session is part of the Ministry of Science and Technology's strategy to promote the application of new technology in state management, while helping managers improve their skills in using digital tools, especially AI, in their daily work./.
