Authorized by the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, the leaders of the Provincial Military Command presented 150 gifts worth 309 million VND; presented 9 gifts worth 16.5 million VND from the Military Region 4 Command; 9 gifts worth 13.5 million VND from the Provincial Military Command to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, Heroes of the People's Armed Forces in the resistance war against the US, veterans who were brave soldiers who defeated the US, wounded and sick soldiers, retired senior officers who are wounded and martyrs, and policy beneficiaries in the province.

On this occasion, Commander of the Provincial Military Command, Colonel Nguyen Huu Dan presented 3 gifts from the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to relatives of the People's Armed Forces Heroes in Gio Linh district.

At the places visited, the leaders of the Provincial Military Command expressed their affection, gratitude and deep appreciation for the great contributions of the policy families who have made many contributions to the cause of national liberation, national unification, construction and protection of the Fatherland. They hoped that the policy beneficiaries and people with meritorious services to the revolution would continue to promote the tradition of contributing to building the homeland and the country to become more and more prosperous.
