The delegation visited and presented gifts to People's Armed Forces Hero Tran Van Nam (residing in Tan Tap commune) and Vietnamese Heroic Mothers: Le Thi Be (Vam Co commune); Nguyen Thi Dai, Ho Thi Muoi and Nguyen Thi Lua (all residing in Tan Tru commune).

At the places he visited, Colonel Nguyen Minh Tan kindly asked about health, informed about achievements in carrying out the task of building armed forces in the past time; stability after the merger, adjusting the organization of local military agencies according to the 2-level local government model.
