Ben Cau: Giving gifts and televisions to poor and near-poor households

On the morning of April 29, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ben Cau district coordinated with the District Fund for the Poor Mobilization Committee to organize a program to give gifts and televisions to poor households in the district.

Attending the event were Mr. Phan Huynh Quoc Vinh - Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Mr. Nguyen Tien Tan - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and leaders of Ben Cau district.

Mr. Phan Huynh Quoc Vinh - Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee and Mr. Nguyen Tien Tan - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee presented televisions to poor households.

The program presented 67 gifts to near-poor households meeting the Central and provincial standards in Loi Thuan commune, each gift worth 500,000 VND in cash, drawn from the Ben Cau District Fund for the Poor; presented 13 televisions to 13 poor households to build and repair houses under the Project to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in Ben Cau district in 2025, with a total value of 39 million VND, supported by the Provincial and District Funds for the Poor.
