The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development warns of dangerous areas in the next 48 hours: From latitude 17.0-21.0 degrees North, east of longitude 118.0 degrees East (dangerous areas are adjusted according to forecast bulletins).

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development requests provinces in the Central region to urgently overcome the consequences of recent floods. Check, review, and proactively evacuate people in areas at risk of deep flooding, flash floods, and landslides to safe places. Check measures to ensure the safety of reservoirs and downstream areas; proactively operate reservoirs to ensure flood capacity according to regulations and be ready to handle possible situations.

Coastal provinces and cities from Quang Ninh to Binh Thuan are ready with forces and means to rescue when requested.

Ministries and branches, according to their functions, state management tasks and assigned tasks, proactively direct and coordinate with localities to review plans, prepare forces, means and resources to deploy to ensure safety and effectiveness in the face of storms and floods.
