Strengthening the movement for union members and workers to use Vietnamese products

The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor has just issued a Plan to implement the Campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" in 2025 in the Trade Union system.

Accordingly, the key contents in 2025 to implement this content include: further promoting propaganda work, implementing regularly and extensively, combining innovation and applying information technology to propaganda work of the Trade Union organization. (See details)

Focus on monitoring issues of public concern

Mr. Phung Quang Huy - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Yen Bai province said that in 2025, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Yen Bai province will continue to implement the Resolution on "Improving the quality and effectiveness of social supervision and criticism of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels in Yen Bai province until 2025, with a vision to 2030", innovating and improving the quality of social supervision and criticism activities according to Decision No. 217-QD/TW of the Politburo. Promoting democracy with the motto "People know, people discuss, people do, people inspect and people benefit", community supervision activities are always focused on by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Kan province in the process of building new rural areas.

People who contribute to poverty alleviation in Suoi Ton

In Suoi Ton village (Phu Son commune, Quan Hoa district, Thanh Hoa province), Mr. Mua A Lo is known as a prestigious person. Not only is he an exemplary person who “practices what he preaches”, he also promotes the elimination of bad customs, pushes back social evils and develops the economy, contributing to helping people escape poverty.

Crossing the suspension bridge over the upper reaches of the Ma River, we visited the family of Mr. Mua A Lo, a prestigious person in the Mong community in Suoi Ton village. Like many other Mong households in the village, Mr. Lo's family's life has improved, when the shift to growing crops under the forest canopy has been effective.
