Discussing at the conference, delegates gave many opinions on the content of the breakthroughs and key tasks in the Political Report Outline of the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030. Delegates emphasized that the Document Subcommittee had absorbed the comments and suggestions at the Provincial Party Standing Committee Conference on September 25 to edit and complete the outline of the political report.

Delegates focused on analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the options proposed by the Document Subcommittee on the congress theme and motto. Accordingly, the options on the congress theme and motto proposed have inherited the theme and motto of the 17th Provincial Party Congress; closely following the spirit of the theme of the 14th National Party Congress, Directive No. 35 dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on party congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress; having elements that demonstrate the traditions, characteristics, and unique advantages of Tuyen Quang province; having elements on party building, building the political system and having the nature of calling, inspiring, identifying the spirit of innovation and creativity in line with the general development trend, the orientation of the Central Government and the reality of the province.

Comrade Ma The Hong, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc discussed at the conference.

The elements of the congress motto meet the requirements of the province's rapid and sustainable development, entering a new era with the whole country; creating unity, orienting members of the collective to focus on solving common tasks, ensuring the principle of collective leadership. In addition, opinions also suggested that the Document Subcommittee continue to research, supplement the main theme, and arrange the elements of the congress theme in the direction of party building; motivation and development aspirations.

Comrade Nguyen Hung Vuong, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee presented the draft outline of the political report.

At the same time, it is recommended to supplement a number of key targets by 2030; regarding breakthroughs, the key tasks of the political report need to inherit the achievements of the 2020-2025 term, in accordance with the key tasks in the approved regional and provincial planning....

At the same time, it is necessary to absorb the guiding viewpoints, policies and major orientations in the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress. She highly appreciated the discussion opinions and requested the synthesis department to absorb the opinions to advise the Document Subcommittee to continue to develop and complete the outline of the political report to be submitted to the Provincial Party Executive Committee meeting.
