This morning, November 5, Son La Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Secretariat's decision on personnel work.

At the conference, the representative of the Central Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Secretariat on the transfer and appointment to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Son La Provincial Party Committee, term 2020-2025 with Mr. Nguyen Dinh Viet, Deputy Chairman of the Economic Committee of the 15th National Assembly.

Presenting the decision and congratulating Mr. Nguyen Dinh Viet on his new assignment, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Phan Thang An expressed his belief that in his new position, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Viet will continue to inherit the tradition of the Provincial Party Committee, the achievements and experiences of his predecessors, and with his capacity, intelligence and strong political will, he will successfully complete the assigned tasks.

Mr. Phan Thang An hopes that Mr. Nguyen Dinh Viet will unite with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Executive Committee, and all the army and people in the province to strive to successfully complete the Resolution of the 15th Son La Provincial Party Congress, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and doing a good job of preparing for Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress.

Speaking at the ceremony, the new Deputy Secretary of Son La Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Viet expressed his gratitude for the attention and trust of the leaders of the Party, State, Executive Committee, Standing Committee and people of all ethnic groups in Son La province and promised to make every effort, devote all his abilities and enthusiasm, quickly approach and grasp the actual situation of the province, closely follow the grassroots, inherit and promote the good values ​​that generations have worked hard to cultivate, especially in Party building and socio-economic development of Son La province.

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Viet was born on July 9, 1977. He has a Master's degree in Commerce, Business Administration; Advanced degree in political theory.

During his career, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Viet held the following positions: Deputy Director of the Economic Department, Deputy Director in charge of the Economic Department, Office of the National Assembly; Director of the Economic Department, Office of the National Assembly; Member of the National Assembly Secretariat; Party Cell Secretary, Director of the Economic Department, Office of the National Assembly; Deputy Chairman of the Economic Committee of the National Assembly, Deputy of the 15th National Assembly.

The conference also announced the decision of the Secretariat on approving Mr. Nguyen Duc Thanh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Organization Committee of Son La Provincial Party Committee to join the Standing Committee of Son La Provincial Party Committee, term 2020-2025.

Along with that are the decisions to appoint Mr. Nguyen Minh Hai, Chief Justice of Son La Provincial People's Court; Colonel Chu Van Thanh, Commander of Son La Provincial Military Command to join the Son La Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
