The National Exhibition Center Project is invested by Vietnam Exhibition Center Joint Stock Company (a subsidiary of Vingroup Corporation); built in Dong Hoi and Xuan Canh communes, Dong Anh district, Hanoi, replacing the old Exhibition Center in Giang Vo.

At the construction site, the Prime Minister inspected the construction progress, visited and encouraged the officers, engineers and workers who are working day and night here with the goal of completing the project on schedule as committed by Vingroup in July 2025.

After listening to the investor, ministries, branches and Hanoi City report, the Prime Minister said that when he returned to the project after 2 months of construction, he witnessed that the construction site had changed a lot.

The Head of Government also acknowledged and commended Vingroup Corporation for its efforts to contribute a symbolic project to the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 2025), and directed ministries, branches, Hanoi City, and Dong Anh District to share, care, and support the investor to remove difficulties and obstacles according to their authority.

“We must work quickly to effectively exploit the project and beautify Hanoi on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of Independence. We must be determined and have a historical symbolic project,” the Prime Minister directed.

At the event, the Prime Minister also directed the Hanoi People's Committee to coordinate with the investor to speed up the progress of the Tu Lien bridge project, aiming to effectively exploit the national key project.

The National Exhibition Center project has a total scale of up to 90 hectares, when completed it will be one of the 10 largest exhibition centers in the world. The focal point of the project is the indoor exhibition building with the image of the Golden Turtle God with 9 sub-areas, a total area of ​​over 130,000 m2, combined with 4 outdoor exhibition parks with a total scale of up to 20.6 hectares. Supporting the main exhibition area are specialized functional buildings, ensuring in-depth response to different needs, such as: Permanent exhibition center; Conference and Wedding Center; Class A office complex; 5-star international standard high-rise hotel (expected to be managed by Marriott), 6 parking lots, etc.

With its outstanding functionality and super connectivity, the National Exhibition and Fair Center, when completed, will become a destination and highlight in terms of architecture and fine arts, capable of organizing international and regional political, economic and cultural events. The project is also worthy of being a new symbol of the Capital on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day, a driving force to bring Hanoi to 2030 as a "Cultured - Civilized - Modern" city, becoming the center and driving force for the development of the Red River Delta, the key economic region of the North and the whole country.
