During the past term, the Party Committee, the government, cadres, party members and people of the localities have promoted the tradition of solidarity, joint efforts and consensus, well implemented the policies and guidelines of the Central Government and Binh Duong province, and at the same time effectively exploited the potential and advantages of resources, taking advantage of every opportunity to accelerate economic development. Thereby, important achievements have been achieved in all areas. The Party Committees of the wards have continued to study, innovate and improve the quality of Party Committee activities and Party cell activities; strongly promoted democracy within the Party, self-criticism and criticism in Party activities. The members of the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee have increased the time to go to the grassroots, attend Party cell activities, proactively grasp the situation and resolutely direct the resolution of existing problems and difficulties arising from the grassroots. The work of creating sources and developing Party members has been focused on, with attention paid to improving the quality of developing new Party members. During the past term, 244 Party members were developed (107.96%); 25 Party members were reviewed, screened, and expelled from the Party. The work of building and developing Party organizations and socio -political organizations in non-state enterprises was effectively carried out.

Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front and mass organizations have actively disseminated and thoroughly disseminated the contents and objectives of the resolutions and programs to each Party cell, residential group and grassroots mass organization, creating a widespread spread in the community. Many good models and effective methods continue to be maintained and replicated such as: "Friendly government serving the people", "Skillful mass mobilization in land clearance", "Bright - green - clean - beautiful roads" ... creating consensus and positive response from the people.

Concentrating 7 industrial parks with 508 companies operating centrally and 224 manufacturing and trading enterprises, it has contributed significantly to the state budget, creating jobs for local workers and migrant workers. The total retail sales of goods and average consumer service revenue is estimated at 56,417 billion VND; service value growth is about 18%/year. In addition, the urban infrastructure in the Binh Duong industrial - service - urban complex has been invested in synchronously by the Industrial Investment and Development Corporation (Becamex IDC Corp) with many projects, modern economic and social infrastructure works such as Hoa Loi residential area, Phu Chanh residential area, Hoa Phu urban area, etc.

Green urban development

During the 2025-2030 term, the ward will focus on improving the effectiveness of state management of planning, coordinating with competent units in applying IoT (Internet of Things) and AI (artificial intelligence) to manage essential public areas and monitor the urban environment; requesting approval to establish an intelligent monitoring and operation center (IOC); focusing on investing, mobilizing and effectively using resources to invest in developing synchronous and modern infrastructure, especially traffic infrastructure works with spillover effects, creating momentum for development, meeting the production and business needs of enterprises and improving the quality of life of people... On the other hand, effectively implementing Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo on private economic development; supporting start-up and innovative enterprises, deploying e-commerce solutions and digital services; Create favorable conditions to attract investment in service industries, green industries, high technology, encourage the use of new materials, green energy, environmentally friendly; develop modern trade and service centers.

Strengthening environmental protection, waste classification at source, building a civilized, clean and safe lifestyle; implementing comprehensive digital transformation in the area, focusing on digitalization to manage and promote the effectiveness of propaganda of cultural relics and urban green tree systems; applying smart lighting and smart traffic solutions to improve infrastructure quality, ensuring safety and convenience for people.

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Duong Ward Vo Chi Thanh shared that the Party Committee will effectively implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; enhance the will of self-reliance and the aspiration to develop a rich, democratic, prosperous, civilized and happy country. Promote the mobilization of social resources to invest in building and upgrading educational and medical facilities, cultural institutions. Along with that, the ward will pay attention to investing in, developing digital infrastructure and accelerating digital transformation in the operations of agencies in the political system; preserve traditional folk art forms that are at risk of fading away; absorb new cultural features appropriately.
