Building a model for developing the cultural life of ethnic minorities

The training course was attended by 70 trainees who are civil servants, commune officials , artisans, village elders, village chiefs, prestigious people and ethnic minorities. From August 11 to 19, trainees were informed of the policies of the Party and State on preserving and promoting the cultural values of ethnic minorities and mountainous areas , family work and prevention of domestic violence; promoting the role of village elders, village chiefs, artisans and people knowledgeable about culture in preserving and teaching intangible cultural heritage ; guidance on building and implementing village covenants, conventions and collecting, restoring and performing intangible cultural heritages, skills in building folk cultural clubs for ethnic minorities ... Thereby, contributing to preserving and promoting the fine traditional cultural values of ethnic minorities in Kim Phu commune associated with tourism development; supporting the organization and implementation of cultural and artistic activities at the grassroots level; Effectively implement the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" and visual propaganda work to serve local political tasks ... ; encourage and motivate artisans to continue to pass on knowledge about folk songs and traditional rituals to the young generation of the Chut ethnic group to preserve and promote the value of intangible cultural heritage in the area.

On this occasion, representatives of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and leaders of Kim Phu commune awarded certificates to 70 trainees who completed the training program.
