A few days ago, a video appeared on social media showing a boy with a long bruise on his back, suspected of being beaten. In the video, a person believed to be the boy’s parent said that his child, who is studying at an elementary school in Vinh Tan commune, Vinh Chau town, was suspected of being beaten by a teacher with an electric wire.

"I hope law enforcement agencies, as well as the Department of Education, will resolve this," according to information posted on social media.
