Binh Khe Commune strives for an average growth rate of 15.6%/year.

Binh Khe commune was established on the basis of merging Tay Giang and Tay Thuan communes. After 5 years of implementing the resolution of the Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, the local socio -economy has had many positive changes: the total production value of the main industries reached an average of nearly 1,551 billion VND per year; the average budget revenue reached over 21.4 billion VND/year, an increase of 12.3%/year; the average development investment capital was 10.8 billion VND/year; the multidimensional poverty rate by the end of 2024 decreased to 2.95%. To date, both communes have completed 19/19 new rural criteria.

In the 2025-2030 term, Binh Khe commune strives to achieve key targets such as: export turnover of 228 million USD; retail sales of goods and services of 7,142 billion VND; budget revenue by 2030 reaching 86.5 billion VND; attracting 15 new investment projects. The locality aims to achieve advanced new rural standards by 2028, by 2030 the average income per capita will reach 84 million VND/year, the multidimensional poverty rate will decrease to 0.48%.

At the same time, the annual rate of new Party members is 3% or more compared to the total number of Party members; annually, over 90% of affiliated Party organizations complete their tasks well, of which 20% of Party organizations complete their tasks excellently, no Party organization fails to complete its tasks; over 90% of Party members complete their tasks well or better.

Speaking at the Congress, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department Nguyen Thi Phong Vu suggested that the Party Committee of Binh Khe commune should continue to Strengthening the building of a clean and strong Party and political system. Continuing to promote administrative reform within the Party and considering this a key task to ensure the Party's comprehensive leadership over all activities of the commune.

The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department emphasized: The Party Committee of Binh Khe commune needs to specifically identify projects, plans, and tasks that need to be implemented and quickly develop programs and plans to successfully implement the goals of the Congress resolution.

The focus is on adjusting and implementing the commune's master plan, ensuring synchronous integration with the province's master plan, as a basis for long-term development orientation. Continuing to invest in completing synchronous and modern rural infrastructure, expanding development space. Strengthening the connection between localities in the region, exploiting comparative advantages between localities to form a linked growth pole, sustainable and effective development, in line with the province's general development orientation.

At the same time, it is necessary to effectively exploit potentials and advantages and strongly promote the spirit of innovation and creativity in socio-economic development. In particular, consider innovation, application of science and technology, digital transformation, green economy and circular economy as the driving force for development; at the same time, it is associated with environmental protection, preservation of cultural identity, and improvement of people's quality of life. Encourage the development of new business models, creating a favorable environment for the development of the private economy.

In addition, improve the operational efficiency of the Public Administration Service Center. Strengthen national defense-security, social order and safety; care for the development of health care and education, effectively implement social security work and sustainable poverty reduction.

The Congress announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on appointing the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and key positions of the Binh Khe Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. Comrade Nguyen Van Khanh was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Commune Party Committee.
