Vinh Tuy strives to achieve advanced new rural commune standards by 2030

Standing Committee Member, Head of Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of An Giang Provincial Party Committee Tong Phuoc Truong delivered a speech directing the congress.

Speaking at the congress, comrade Tong Phuoc Truong requested the Vinh Tuy Commune Party Committee to continue to promote the building and rectification of a clean and strong Party in all aspects; a "Refined - compact - strong - effective - efficient - effective" political system, serving the people. In the economic field, the Party Committee of the commune needs to focus on effectively exploiting potentials and advantages, promoting economic restructuring, especially restructuring the agricultural sector, developing smart production models, applying high technology, increasing product value, and adapting to climate change. In addition, mobilizing maximum resources to invest in developing transport and irrigation infrastructure to serve production and people's lives, and improving the quality of new rural criteria.

Comrade Tong Phuoc Truong suggested that the Vinh Tuy Commune Party Committee focus on developing culture, society, and people in harmony with economic development, ensuring social security; preserving and promoting the cultural identity of the community, aiming at comprehensive human development in terms of intelligence, morality, skills, and health. Along with that, continue to maintain national defense and security; build a society of order, discipline, security, safety, and civilization, creating a favorable environment for socio-economic development.

Executive Committee of Vinh Tuy Commune Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, Vinh Tuy Commune Party Committee set out 21 resolution targets, 3 breakthroughs and 6 main tasks and solutions; striving for the commune to meet the standards of an advanced new rural commune by 2030.

The Congress announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee to appoint 26 comrades to the Executive Committee of the Vinh Tuy Commune Party Committee, term I, 2025 - 2030; and to appoint 11 comrades to the Standing Committee of the Party Committee. Comrade Nguyen Xuan Hoai was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Vinh Tuy Commune Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.
