Encourage businesses to convert their current production models towards a more circular, cleaner direction, applying green technology and saving energy.

Connect with localities in the West of Quang Ngai in exchanging and trading carbon certificates between businesses and localities; build 100% of concentrated industrial parks with standardized centralized wastewater treatment systems, apply energy-saving technology, and reuse treated wastewater.
