In recent years, Go Quao commune has implemented many synchronous solutions, thanks to which human resources in the political system have continued to improve. The planning and training of ethnic minority cadres has been focused on to ensure qualified and capable human resources to participate in Party committees at all levels, contributing to the achievements of local socio-economic development.

Notably, the education system of ethnic minority areas in the commune has received synchronous investment from preschool to junior high school. Facilities and teaching and learning equipment have been enhanced; teachers have been trained and qualified to meet the prescribed standards. The commune has fully and promptly implemented preferential policies for teachers and educational managers in ethnic minority areas; and policies for Khmer preschool children and students in the area.
After 33 years of construction, growth and development, Go Quao Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities has gradually become the "cradle" of training qualified human resources for the Khmer ethnic minority area in the area, contributing significantly to the local education cause. As a specialized school for Khmer ethnic minority high school students, the school's Board of Directors identifies teaching and nurturing students as the core tasks.
Mr. Chung Van Nghiem - Vice Principal of Go Quao Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities said: “The school promotes the application of information technology in management, teaching and learning. Thanks to that, activities are modernized, the quality of education is increasingly improved. In addition, the school always focuses on directing innovation in content, methods, techniques, and forms of teaching and training organization in a positive direction, promoting students' creativity, and improving the effectiveness of each lesson. For many consecutive years, the school has maintained a 100% junior high school graduation rate, with more than 98% of students going straight to the next grade”. With its continuous efforts, in 2024, the school was recognized by the Provincial People's Committee as having met national standards level 1; the Department of Education and Training recognized the school as having met level 2 education quality accreditation.
Comrade Trang Hong Nghia - Chairman of the People's Committee of Go Quao commune affirmed that human resources are the greatest asset, which is decisive for the development of the locality. Every year, the commune increases the mobilization of students to attend classes, including Khmer students. As a result, more than 98% of students from 6 to 14 years old attend classes, and more than 81% of students from 3 to 5 years old. Right from the beginning of the school year, the commune mobilizes organizations, businesses, and philanthropists to contribute funds to support health insurance, bicycles, notebooks, books, and uniforms for students. On average, each year the commune mobilizes more than 850 million VND from socialized education.
Vocational training for rural workers has made progress, contributing to positive changes in economic restructuring, labor, job creation, and poverty reduction in ethnic minority areas. In the period of 2020 - 2025, Go Quao commune organized 33 vocational training classes for rural workers, contributing to raising the rate of trained workers to 70.3%. The commune has paid attention to teaching and learning the Khmer language and writing, and the quality of teaching and learning has been gradually improved.
