An Giang organizes a visit to the provincial Martyrs Cemetery, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2

On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), on the morning of August 25, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Giang province and the commanders of the armed forces of An Giang province solemnly held a ceremony to visit the provincial Martyrs' Cemetery.

Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of An Giang Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Tien Hai performed the flower offering ceremony at the provincial Martyrs Cemetery.

Attending the funeral were Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of An Giang Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Tien Hai; Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Mung, along with comrades in the Standing Committee of An Giang Provincial Party Committee, representatives of leaders of departments, branches, sectors, provincial unions, armed forces, etc.

The delegation visited the provincial Martyrs Cemetery.

In the sacred atmosphere, the delegation respectfully offered flowers and burned incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs who sacrificed themselves for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and for the happiness of the people.

After the memorial service, provincial leaders came to burn incense at each grave, expressing their gratitude to previous generations.

The memorial service is not only an annual activity on important national holidays, but also has profound educational significance for today's and future generations.

This is an opportunity for cadres, party members and people of An Giang to review the nation's tradition of steadfast and indomitable struggle; thereby fostering pride, strengthening the will and determination to continue on the path chosen by the Party, Uncle Ho and previous generations.

Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of An Giang Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Tien Hai offered incense to heroes and martyrs.

Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Mung burned incense at the graves.
