UNIQLO is looking for future business leaders with the spirit of 'Lead To Own'

As an entry-level position at UNIQLO, UMC offers young people with a passion for fashion retail the opportunity to become a Store Manager - a core position in the company's business operations.

Launched in 2019, the UMC position attracted the attention of more than 10,000 candidates nationwide. Of these, UNIQLO selected 164 potential young people for intensive training, step by step guiding and developing 34 store managers, 4 regional managers and many key personnel for the company.

UNIQLO Manager Candidate Recruitment Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with less than 3 years of work experience.
• Cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3/4 or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 750, TOEFL 60).
• Flexible to adapt to changes in work locations nationwide as required by the company.
