Overview of the launching ceremony.

At the launching ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van De requested Party Committees, leaders of departments, branches, People's Committees of districts, cities and towns and all forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level to clearly identify the meaning and importance of this special emulation movement. Strive, overcome difficulties and seriously and effectively implement the goals and tasks set by the Ministry of Public Security and the Provincial People's Committee.

Promoting the spirit of "New force, new spirit", striving to compete and determined to successfully carry out the tasks of ensuring security and order, improving the quality and effectiveness of the work of building the movement of the entire people to protect national security, contributing to promoting, consolidating and continuing to build a solid people's security foundation and people's security posture in Nghe An.

Major General Bui Quang Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Director of the Provincial Police Department spoke at the ceremony.

On behalf of the Nghe An police force, Major General Bui Quang Thanh approved Plan No. 714 dated September 18, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee, and at the same time requested the Police of Districts, Cities and Towns to focus on effectively implementing key and breakthrough tasks, in accordance with the characteristics and actual conditions. Support the Commune Police to grasp the security and order situation; build a movement for the whole people to protect national security; perform well the work of fire prevention, fighting, rescue and relief; perform well the administrative management of social order; mobilize, educate and reform people who have violated the law currently residing in the area; patrol to ensure security and order, traffic safety. Along with that, compete to build and spread the beautiful images of the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level.

The launching ceremony was held in a combination of in-person and online formats to districts, cities and towns.

The emulation movement implementation period until August 19, 2025 is divided into 2 phases: Phase 1, from October 18, 2024 to February 3, 2025. Phase 2 from February 4 to August 19, 2025.
