In the first 6 months of the year, the Party building and Party building activities of the Northeast Corporation (the Corporation) have achieved many positive results. The Party Committee of the Corporation, Party committees and Party cells at all levels have thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented the resolutions, directives, regulations, rules, conclusions, programs, plans and instructions of the Central Committee and the Central Military Commission on Party building and organization work; strictly followed the principles of democratic centralism, collective leadership and individual responsibility. The system of regulations of Party committees at all levels is complete in accordance with regulations. Inspection and supervision work is carried out seriously, in accordance with processes, procedures and principles.

In addition, the Party Committee of the Corporation has led and directed the building of strong mass organizations, especially the activities of national defense trade unions; widely deployed emulation movements, including innovation in both content and form, achieving practical results. Promoted the pioneering and creative role of union members in implementing and completing political tasks. Speaking at the meeting, Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet acknowledged and commended the achievements in the activities of the Corporation; at the same time, he requested the Corporation to continue to promote its existing advantages and strengths; and overcome existing limitations. Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet emphasized that it is necessary to use the economy to carry out national defense tasks; do business to create resources, consolidate the position of national defense, use the economy to build a political system among the people, build a position of people's hearts, create jobs for the people, help people eliminate hunger and reduce poverty.

Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet requested the Corporation to thoroughly educate all cadres, soldiers, and workers, first of all cadres and party members to have a correct understanding of the functions, tasks, and responsibilities of each person in the Corporation. It is necessary to concretize the viewpoints, guidelines, and policies of the Party and the laws of the State; all production and business activities must comply with the provisions of the law, be creative but within the framework of the Constitution and the laws of the State; continue to consolidate the organizational systems in the Corporation closely, promote the human and organizational factors, focus on building the Party organization and cadres and party members. In the coming time, the Corporation needs to consolidate and specifically implement production and business goals and plans, evaluate what has been done and what has not been done to supplement and develop.

Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet suggested that the Corporation should pay attention to and promote the role of trade union, youth and women's organizations; do a good job of taking care of the lives of cadres, civil servants and employees of the Corporation, do a good job of mass mobilization; in addition, focus on training and fostering the next generation of cadres. Have a mechanism to attract human resources for the Corporation; continue to train and improve the quality of workers, ensuring safety at work.
