In 2023, implementing the Youth Union and youth movement program with the theme "Year of digital transformation", the Provincial Youth Union of State Agencies and Enterprises focused on organizing many meaningful and practical activities in all aspects of work, creating a vibrant and widespread competitive atmosphere among cadres, union members and youth.

Political, ideological, and ethical education for cadres and youth union members is regularly and increasingly in-depth. Propaganda and legal education continue to be focused on.

As of December 20, 2023, the entire delegation introduced 297 outstanding members to attend political theory training classes for candidates for Party membership; 173 comrades were admitted to the Party; 196 probationary party members attended 4 political theory training classes for new party members.

The youth volunteer movement was creatively and deeply implemented by the youth of the provincial CCQ&DN sector, bringing many practical results, through which 12 youth projects and tasks at the Bloc level and more than 200 youth projects and tasks at the grassroots level were implemented. The movement "Youth join hands to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" was promoted with many meaningful activities.

In particular, the whole block organized more than 30 activities towards digital transformation, such as: organizing a digital transformation festival and training, improving knowledge and digital transformation skills for more than 1,000 youth union members in the school block, supporting people to build booths on the provincial e-commerce platform, and propagating to business households about the provincial e-commerce platform.
