On November 7, the State Bank of Vietnam, Provincial Branch, held a conference to deploy a number of legal regulations related to the operation of People's Credit Funds (PCFs). Attending the conference were leaders of the State Bank of Vietnam, Provincial Branch; Cooperative Bank, Phu Tho Branch; and representatives of 39 PCFs in the province.

At the conference, delegates were informed of a number of contents on the activities of the People's Credit Fund according to the Law on Credit Institutions 2024, the Law on Cooperatives 2023 and related Decrees and Circulars. Some important new points were emphasized such as: Supplementing loan conditions, loan application documents; limits and safety ratios in the activities of the People's Credit Fund according to current regulations; licensing procedures for People's Credit Fund activities; regulations on changing the charter capital level, recording members' capital contributions to the charter capital.
At the same time, the conference also deployed a number of contents on the orientation of restructuring the People's Credit Fund based on the plan to arrange administrative boundaries of communes and wards in the 2023-2025 and 2026-2030 periods; a number of orientation contents on non-cash payments in the People's Credit Fund system...
The program aims to help the People's Credit Funds grasp the new regulations, thereby implementing them in practice, contributing to improving the effectiveness of the People's Credit Funds' operations in the province in the coming time.
