On the afternoon of August 17, at the Provincial Military Command, the Parade, March, and Display Subcommittee held a conference to coordinate preparations for the parade, march, and display of forces to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the founding of Quang Ninh province on October 30 (1963 - 2023).

Colonel Le Trong Hoa , Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command , Deputy Head of the Subcommittee chaired the conference. Attending the conference were representatives of leaders and commanders of departments, branches, organizations, localities and military units stationed in the province.

Implementing the plan of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province on organizing parades, marches , and demonstrations of forces in the 60th Anniversary of the Establishment of Quang Ninh province ; so that the Celebration is held solemnly and dignifiedly, demonstrating the strength and maturity of the forces in the cause of innovation and development, honoring the historical, cultural and revolutionary traditions of Quang Ninh province over 60 years of construction and development , the People's Committee of the province assigned the Provincial Military Command to preside over the coordination of forces participating in parades and marches according to the plan of the province's Celebration program to achieve good results.

At the conference , the Parade, March, and Display of Force Subcommittee disseminated the plan of the Provincial People's Committee; intention to practice and participate in the Ceremony; parade and march script; design of the parade vehicle, parade costumes, etc.

Delegates from departments, branches, sectors, unions of the province and localities spoke, discussed and exchanged some contents that need to be focused on preparing such as : Design of parade symbols, costumes, arrangement and use of forces, measures to organize and closely implement the practice and participation in parades, marches , and demonstrations of forces to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the province's founding with quality, achieving the set goals and requirements, contributing to the success of the celebration ceremony.
