From 8:00 to 9:30, all staff, teachers, students and pupils attend the program organized by the Ministry of Education and Training , via online connection from the National Convention Center (Hanoi) or live broadcast on VTV1 channel of Vietnam Television. Expected program: Welcoming performance; flag salute, declaring the reason, introducing delegates; speech by the Minister of Education and Training; screening of films on 80 years of education for national development; speeches by representatives of outstanding students; speeches and drumbeats for the opening ceremony by General Secretary To Lam; awarding noble titles of the Party and State to the Ministry of Education and Training; receive the General Secretary's instructions and close the ceremony.
