Comrade Hoang Trong Quyet (born July 2, 1964, hometown Luong Ninh commune, Quang Ninh district, Quang Binh province) was admitted to the Party when he was only 20 years old. During his career, Comrade Hoang Trong Quyet spent 4 years in the army, 30 years working in Ba Dinh district (including 7 years as District Party Secretary, Chairman of the District People's Council), more than 7 years working in the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee and holding the position of Chairman of the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee.

Presenting the 40-year Party membership badge and congratulating comrade Hoang Trong Quyet with flowers, Secretary of the City Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai affirmed that this is a great honor, pride, and happiness not only for the comrade and his family but also a common joy and pride of the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee and the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee. It shows the Party's recognition and respect for the comrade's contributions to the Party's revolutionary cause, the cause of building the Capital and the country; and acknowledges the comrade's efforts, training, maturity, and dedication.

According to the Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, during his time in the army and in many positions, Comrade Hoang Trong Quyet always strived to excellently complete all assigned tasks, promoted the responsibility of setting an example as a leader, and made important contributions to the achievements of Ba Dinh district, the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee in particular, and the Party Committee, government and people of the capital in general. He is a typical example in work and life, always trusted by comrades and colleagues.
