The contest takes place from October 9 to November 7, 2023 in two forms: Creating a video clip introducing the life and career of the Great Physician Hai Thuong Lan Ong Le Huu Trac and a writing contest "Learning about the life and career of the Great Physician Le Huu Trac with the work Thuong Kinh Ky Su". The contest is widely deployed in all schools in the area.

In the video and clip creation contest introducing the life and career of the great physician Hai Thuong Lan Ong Le Huu Trac, there were 326 videos and clips by authors and groups of student authors registered to participate in the school-level contest. After the preliminary round, the schools selected 55 quality products to participate in the district-level contest.

According to the evaluation, the videos and clips participating in the district-level contest all had elaborate and thoughtful investment in scripts, materials, contexts, images, sounds, and narrations. With a duration of 5 - 7 minutes, the videos and clips introduced and conveyed the most general and main features of the life, career, and important contributions of the Great Physician Hai Thuong Lan Ong to the fields of medicine, medical ethics, culture, literature, history, and science; about the complex of National Historical and Cultural Relics and the tradition of the Hai Thuong Lan Ong Festival.

In the written contest “Learning about the life and career of the great physician Le Huu Trac and his work Thuong Kinh Ky Su” (for middle and high school students), there were 8,920 entries registered to participate in the school-level contest. After the preliminary round, the schools selected the 40 best entries to participate in the district-level contest.

The students' entries were all carefully and thoughtfully invested in both content and form; with serious research, collection, and study during the contest; presenting fully, accurately, and clearly the life and career of the Great Physician Hai Thuong Lan Ong Le Huu Trac.

Many articles have rare illustrative images; some articles have incorporated real evidence and stories to make the life and career of Hai Thuong Lan Ong more vivid; and clarify the influence of his motherland Huong Son on the life and career of the Great Physician.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee recognized and awarded 70 winning entries. In particular, in the content of creating videos and clips introducing the life and career of the Great Physician Hai Thuong Lan Ong Le Huu Trac, the Organizing Committee recognized and awarded 41 winning entries (4 first prizes, 6 second prizes, 10 third prizes and 21 consolation prizes). In the content of the writing contest "Learning about the life and career of the Great Physician Le Huu Trac with the work Thuong Kinh Ky Su", the Organizing Committee recognized and awarded 29 winning entries (2 first prizes, 4 second prizes, 6 third prizes and 17 consolation prizes).

The contest has created a wide spread throughout society about the cultural heritage values ​​that the Great Physician Hai Thuong Lan Ong Le Huu Trac left behind. This is also an opportunity to raise awareness among teachers, the young generation, and students of Huong Son district about the life and career of the Great Physician Le Huu Trac.
