In 2024, bus station operations will continue to face competition from other types of passenger transport (Limousine, shared vehicles, etc.), causing a significant decrease in fixed-route passenger volume as well as operating revenue. Adjusting the frequency and terminal points of some bus routes at the request of state management agencies will also partly affect the operating results of station operators.

Mr. Nam said that the Corporation has determined the general goal for 2025 as: Balancing resources, seizing opportunities to promote the development of production and business sectors towards green transformation, digital transformation to ensure efficiency and sustainability; continuing to optimize the organization, streamline the apparatus, develop quality human resources to improve performance, efficiency and operational efficiency.

Along with that, the units continue to implement solutions to improve service quality, vehicle quality and bus operations that have been and are being effectively deployed; strengthen management, improve service quality, maintain existing production and business activities, the units need to strongly change in business thinking, actively develop new industries, new activities with great potential on the basis of available resources.
