Specifically, on October 25, the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province issued a decision to administratively fine Doan Thoa Construction and Trading Services Company Limited (address: Ngoc Lac Town, Ngoc Lac District, Thanh Hoa) 90 million VND for trading in goods with counterfeit labels.

Previously, Market Management Team No. 7 (under Thanh Hoa Market Management Department) inspected and discovered that Doan Thoa Construction and Trading Services Company Limited was trading 7,290 fake Viglacera brand roof tiles.

On the same day, October 25, the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province decided to administratively fine Mr. Mai Van Dung (residing in Gia Loc district, Hai Duong) a total of 53 million VND for trading in counterfeit and smuggled goods.

The incident was discovered and recorded by the Thanh Hoa Market Management Department on October 12, when Mr. Mai Van Dung was selling 265 pairs of fake shoes and sandals of major brands at Tho Xuan Town (Tho Xuan District, Thanh Hoa).

Notably, on October 27, the Thanh Hoa Market Management Department decided to administratively fine Minh Quang Duong Traditional Medicine Company Limited (address: Giat Street, Trieu Son Town, Trieu Son District, Thanh Hoa) with a total fine of 175.3 million VND, for not notifying the authorities of the business location; producing functional foods without a certificate of food safety eligibility; trading in goods of unknown origin; using raw materials of unknown origin.

The violation of Minh Quang Duong Traditional Medicine Company Limited was discovered by Market Management Team No. 10 (under Thanh Hoa Market Management Department) on September 19, at facility No. 2 (in Nong Truong commune, Trieu Son district).

At the time of inspection, the authorities discovered and seized 678 bottles of various types of functional foods and 39 kg of raw materials of unknown origin, not meeting legal regulations.

According to the Thanh Hoa Market Management Department, from October 17 to 19, this unit deployed forces to inspect 5 establishments trading in motorcycle spare parts. The inspection results found that all 5 establishments had violated intellectual property rights, discovering a total of 316 fake products of 2 motorcycle brands.
