The Logistics Subcommittee serving the 15th Dien Bien Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, consisting of 13 members, headed by Comrade Mua A Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, is responsible for advising the Provincial Party Executive Committee to develop plans and budget allocation schemes for the Congress; fully and thoughtfully prepare facilities, equipment and other conditions for the Congress. Propose to add the Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office to the membership of the Subcommittee. Regarding the guidance on implementing the expenditure regime for organizing Party Congresses at all levels in the province, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Provincial Party Committee Office to coordinate with the Provincial People's Committee Office and the Department of Finance to promptly complete and submit to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for consideration and promulgation.
