Nguyen Xien Street is the main traffic axis connecting the city center with the centers of several districts to the West.

According to the plan, along Nguyen Xien street there are 10 universities and colleges and many high-rise buildings with very high population density.

Thanh Xuan District’s decision to spend 29 billion VND to renovate the sidewalks of Nguyen Xien Street will contribute to urban beautification. However, the district also needs to strictly handle the situation of encroachment on sidewalks for business, parking, etc. Otherwise, after a period of renovation, the sidewalks will quickly deteriorate and become damaged.
