In order to accelerate the implementation of the program with a spirit of determination, drasticness, and solving difficulties as they arise, the Provincial People's Committee has directed sectors and localities to proactively coordinate to remove difficulties and obstacles right from the grassroots level, striving to disburse 100% of the allocated capital throughout the year to contribute to the economic growth target, contributing to achieving the goal of sustainable poverty reduction in 2023 and the period 2021-2025.
