The "golden land" of the project to invest in building a private polyclinic in Ca Mau city was revoked.

The above land was granted to the consortium of Ca Mau University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital Joint Stock Company and Sao Viet Cosmetic Hospital Company Limited to implement the investment project to build a private multidisciplinary clinic in Ca Mau City. The reason for the revocation is according to the provisions of the law on investment.

Previously, in 2017, Ca Mau province assigned the above land to Sao Viet Cosmetic Hospital Company Limited (HCMC) to implement the project to invest in building a private multidisciplinary clinic in Ca Mau city. However, due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, it was not until 2023 that the investor completed leveling the ground, building the infrastructure system of the project area, security house...

Due to the project being prolonged, the investor adjusted the project to over 190 billion VND. However, due to lack of capacity, the project continued to be "suspended" and up to now it is no longer possible to implement, forcing the People's Committee of Ca Mau province to reclaim this "golden land".
