On October 22, information from Ho Chi Minh City Police said that they have initially clarified the details related to the video of the artist brothers Quoc Co and Quoc Nghiep "stacking their heads" on a motorbike on the road, causing a stir on social networks.

Police determined that the video of the Quoc Co - Quoc Nghiep brothers posted and shared on social media was made more than 2 months ago, the content was filmed to advertise a line of electric motorbikes. The filming area was at an apartment building in An Khanh ward, Thu Duc city, with a protective fence.

Behind-the-scenes video shows the circus artists 'head-to-head' on motorbikes under the supervision of film crew members, wearing protective equipment and seat belts.

When performing the “head-to-head” pose on a motorbike, the two actors were strapped with safety belts, and the vehicle moved slowly. Specifically, the actor driving had a rope tied around his head. The actor performing the head-to-head pose from above had a rope tied to a crane above.

During the video editing process, parts such as safety ropes, supervisors, etc. were deleted and cut out. Therefore, when the video was posted, viewers could not see the behind-the-scenes, supervision, and protection work.

On social networks, there are opinions that model Ngoc Trinh (aka Tran Thi Ngoc Trinh, 34 years old) was prosecuted and temporarily detained for posing dangerously, letting go of both hands while driving a motorbike. And raised the issue of handling similar behavior of circus artists Quoc Co - Quoc Nghiep because of the above advertising video?

Police said the two incidents had different contexts. Circus artists Quoc Co and Quoc Nghiep performed their actions with protection, carefully tied up, and supervised by members of the film crew.

After being edited, the video was uploaded and released to the public, with the production unit attaching the caption “Made by professional artists, in a controlled area. Please do not attempt in any way.”

Currently, Ho Chi Minh City Police and the Traffic Police Team - Thu Duc City Police continue to clarify the details. If there are any violations, they will be handled according to the law.
