The contest is jointly organized by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Clean Water and Environment Association and the Electronic Magazine of Environment and Life to propagate and widely disseminate legal regulations on environmental protection, legal regulations on protection of forests, seas, islands, land, water, air, resources, minerals, codes of conduct associated with environmental protection... to raise awareness, consciousness of compliance with and observance of environmental laws, contributing to protecting a green, clean and beautiful environment.

The contest is held from 9:00 a.m. on November 22, 2023 to 12:00 p.m. on May 22, 2024, for officials, civil servants, public employees, students, union members, workers and people from all walks of life nationwide to participate in the contest:

- Phase 1: From November 22, 2023 to December 21, 2023

- Phase 2: From December 22, 2023 to January 21, 2024

- Phase 3: From January 22, 2024 to February 21, 2024

- Phase 4: From February 22, 2024 to March 21, 2024

- Phase 5: From March 22, 2024 to April 21, 2024

- Phase 6: From April 22, 2024 to May 22, 2024

Prize structure: Each week the Organizing Committee will have 04 prizes, including:

- 01 First Prize: worth 2,000,000 VND/prize

- 01 Second Prize: worth 1,500,000 VND/prize

- 01 Third Prize: worth 1,000,000 VND/prize

- 01 Consolation Prize: worth 500,000 VND/prize

In addition to the prize money, the Organizing Committee will award a Certificate of Merit from the Editor-in-Chief of the Electronic Magazine Environment and Life.
