“Through these channels, I want to share lectures , documents and practice topics for students. Provide career counseling, invest in creating content with videos, photos... so that students can both learn and have entertainment and inspiration. The support of many teachers, parents and students is the motivation for me to try harder,” Mr. Khanh shared.
Mr. Khanh started forming knowledge-sharing groups in 2019 and they grew the most during the Covid-19 outbreak. Initially, this teacher encountered some difficulties due to lack of knowledge about technology and social networks. At the same time, compiling documents required a lot of time to ensure accuracy. "Every day, there are hundreds of messages asking for lessons and documents, so I have to work more besides teaching in class," said Mr. Khanh.
According to Mr. Khanh, in the 4.0 era, outstanding scientific and technological achievements will be applied to education. In which, learners are educated in interdisciplinary knowledge and skills such as: management, teamwork, creative thinking, critical thinking... controlling machines. Mr. Khanh said that education develops as an ecosystem, where all elements are linked together through cyberspace and smart connecting devices. Therefore, the teaching and learning relationship is expanded not only between teachers and students but also with everyone around...

As a young teacher, Mr. Khanh always wants to constantly innovate and absorb outside knowledge into teaching. “In the 4.0 era, students have enough capacity and diverse means to receive information. Based on means connected to the internet, students can find a lot of information. Teachers will be the ones to help students understand the meaning of information and recognize which documents are correct,” said Mr. Khanh.
According to Mr. Khanh, the current role of teachers has changed from imparting knowledge to being a connector. And the task of learners must also be different, instead of just receiving and listening to what teachers convey, with education 4.0 students must have a high sense of self-study. If the tradition is mainly to participate in pre-built educational programs, with a common template for the majority and one-way access to knowledge, in this era, learning and research require learners to be proactive, able to self-orient the knowledge they need. And build their own learning path according to the requirements of each individual.
Mr. Khanh was the valedictorian of the 10th grade specialized in Biology at Hung Vuong High School for the Gifted (Phu Tho province). He then won second prize in the national excellent student competition in Biology in 2009 and was selected to participate in the second round of the International Biology Olympiad. In addition, Mr. Khanh was specially selected for the high school graduation exam in 2009 and was directly admitted to the Biology Talent Bachelor's class, Faculty of Biology, University of Natural Sciences (Vietnam National University, Hanoi). “Teachers need to step out of the boundaries of classrooms, textbooks and teaching content. This will give students the opportunity to be creative and innovative. Students cannot progress if they only know and are satisfied with the knowledge in textbooks. To do so, teachers must be role models in regularly updating their knowledge to meet the requirements of the times,” said Mr. Khanh.
Mr. Khanh added: “Be a global teacher to help students become global citizens. Teachers are people who respect the differences between individuals.”
Mr. Nguyen Trung Hoach, a natural science teacher at Edison High School (Hanoi), said: "I have known Mr. Khanh for 7 years, so I personally consider him a highly qualified teacher. I see that every time Mr. Khanh comes to class, he is full of energy and has very engaging teaching skills. This colleague always applies practical knowledge in life to each lesson. From there, students find biology very close and love it more. In life, Mr. Khanh is a friendly, sincere and kind colleague."
