Thai Nguyen is ready for the groundbreaking ceremony of Yen Binh II Industrial Park.

Yen Binh II Industrial Park has an area of 299 hectares, located in Pho Yen, Van Xuan wards and Diem Thuy commune, Thai Nguyen province. Yen Binh II Industrial Park has a total investment of 3,650 billion VND, expected to be completed in 36 months, the investor is Yen Binh Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.

Deputy General Director of Yen Binh Investment and Development Joint Stock Company Nguyen Trung Kien said that Yen Binh II Industrial Park is one of 6 major projects and works in Thai Nguyen province that will be inaugurated and started construction on August 19. "With the support and facilitation of the province, up to now we have completed all legal procedures, received the first phase of land allocation, and carefully prepared the conditions for the groundbreaking ceremony of Yen Binh II Industrial Park to take place solemnly and enthusiastically with other points across the country," said Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien.

Yen Binh II Industrial Park will be completed in 36 months, but the investor said it will actively coordinate with localities and functional agencies to accelerate site clearance, and urgently build synchronous infrastructure so that by the end of 2026, the first plots of land can be handed over to secondary investors to build factories and production facilities.

Yen Binh Investment and Development Joint Stock Company is the investor of Yen Binh Industrial Park in Thai Nguyen province with an area of 400 hectares, which has now been filled, attracting Samsung Group to build a factory to produce mobile phones, tablets... on an area of 200 hectares and attracting dozens of investors to produce auxiliary components, exporting 24-25 billion USD each year.
