This morning, February 18, in Trieu Trach commune, Trieu Phong district, the Quang Tri Provincial Red Cross Society held the opening ceremony of a training course on knowledge and skills in natural disaster prevention and control (PCTT) for 28 members of the PCTT shock force of Trieu Trach commune.

It is known that in 2025, the Provincial Red Cross Society was assigned the task of training knowledge and skills on disaster prevention and control for commune-level disaster prevention and control shock forces in 10 key communes in Hai Lang and Trieu Phong districts.

Through training courses, the commune-level disaster prevention and control force will have access to specialized knowledge and skills on disaster prevention and control; helping the commune-level disaster prevention and control force to increase their proactiveness, readiness to respond and reduce natural disaster risks.
