+ What motivated you to implement the idea of putting paintings into gift products?
Before realizing this idea, I spent 9 years building and developing the brand. All ideas and cultural stories conveyed through gift products originate and are inspired by my own life, from where I was born and raised, from the first lessons I learned through life, family, and the surrounding environment, until I grew up and built my own career. All of these things have nurtured in me a deep love, which is the love of culture, love of my homeland, country, and Vietnamese people.
I myself am a lover of beauty, always wanting to bring innovation, creativity, and good values to life. In the early years of a young brand, among countless competitors in the market, my staff and I had to go through many challenges to build a solid position for the brand. There were times when I had to continuously work at high intensity, go on business trips for months and had almost no time to see my children. The peak was in 2020, when the Covid-19 pandemic broke out, that was when I realized that not defining a clear development direction had a huge impact on maintaining the brand.
What I need to do is find the right path for my brand. 2023 marks a new turning point for me in setting out the brand development direction: Taking Vietnamese culture as a fulcrum, a solid foundation for development, specifically applying painting to our products.
+ Choosing painting as a fulcrum, what wishes do you put into it?
Vietnamese painting, especially Indochina Fine Arts, is a chance for me, because I never thought that I would be able to apply paintings to products. But when I saw and pondered these invaluable works of art, I realized one thing: In essence, Indochina fine arts are not difficult to approach, because the soul of each work is inspired by Vietnamese culture. People, landscapes, customs, and culture are the materials for painting. That is why we can sympathize more easily. For me, each nation has different cultural features that need to be respected, preserved, and promoted. That is also the reason why I chose Indochina fine arts to incorporate into my products.
It can be said that every product that my team and I have created together is a product full of passion, the result of the labor of non-stop days. If I talk about what I am most satisfied with at the present time, marking the development of the brand, I would probably choose the products from 2023 to now, because that is when my colleagues and I seem to find ourselves again, understand what we can do.

+ It is known that your companions are all young people. What does this mean for your business?
Once I had a clear development direction and a solid foundation, I felt less difficult and found more opportunities to develop my brand. In particular, I realized the potential, abundant energy, enthusiasm and positivity of young people. In the integration period, having the opportunity to expand knowledge is an advantage for young people, not only bringing benefits to themselves but also to businesses that own this workforce. In my company, there are many young employees, especially in the field of creative arts. Working with young people is a wonderful experience, and we, the companions, together create good values for the community and life.
+ As a successful entrepreneur in the field of art gifts, can you share some of your experiences?
As someone who has worked for many years in the fields of art, creativity, and services, and is gradually moving deeper into the cultural field, I always believe that true values will last forever. When you live, work, and dedicate yourself, you will find a lot of joy and motivation for yourself and those around you. Therefore, I always encourage action and building a good foundation for yourself by living truthfully and doing truthfully. When true values are spread, our lives will become better and better. This has also been my motto for many years. Besides my business, one of my favorite things to do is to talk to and inspire young people, helping them nurture their enthusiasm and positive energy so that they can break through and be more successful in their work.
+ Thank you for sharing!
