At forums, provincial leaders and the provincial National Assembly Delegation regularly give opinions to the ministries and branches advising the Central Government to resolve problems and develop implementation plans that are more suitable to reality.

Regarding the Gia Nghia (Dak Nong) - Chon Thanh (Binh Phuoc) expressway project, a special mechanism needs to be requested for implementation. The Provincial People's Committee must meet continuously to discuss the compensation price list for site clearance, resettlement, and site clearance...

The non-professional valuation council needs to be impartial, objective, realistic, suitable to the conditions of each locality, and regulated by the State.

Provincial Party Secretary Ngo Thanh Danh frankly criticized some sectors and localities for not fully fulfilling their responsibilities in performing their tasks.

For example, in the issue of collecting land use fees, compared to last year, this year the sectors and localities have been more proactive. Some districts have done well, but some localities are still very slow, with no movement. The implementation process lacks coordination between the top and the bottom.

Therefore, Party committees need to strengthen inspection of the performance of public duties, avoiding the situation of "the mother praises the child for being a good singer". The functional branches of the province have cross-checked to clarify the problem, see where the bottlenecks are, and where the obstacles are to remove them.
