On the afternoon of September 12, Regiment 726 (Army Corps 16) coordinated with the People's Committees of Quang Truc, Quang Tam, Dak Buk So communes, Tuy Duc district (Dak Nong) to sign a coordination regulation in the management and handling of violations of land and forest land and ensuring political security and social order and safety (ANCT-TTATXH) in the area.

Accordingly, the units coordinate in a number of related tasks such as propagating and mobilizing people to comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on land use management; forest protection and development, forest fire prevention and fighting, ensuring security and order and social order and safety. In particular, focusing on propagating, disseminating and educating the law in residential areas bordering forests, near forests, key areas of forestry law violations, and land use management in accordance with functions and tasks.

The main forms of propaganda are: mobile; through public meetings, art performances, law competitions; integrating meetings on economic and social development organized by Regiment 726 or People's Committees of communes and other forms suitable to the local situation.

The units also regularly coordinate, exchange information, organize land management, forest land protection, forest development and security and order and social order; coordinate to combat and handle violations of land, forest land and security and order and social order and safety laws and coordinate in forest fire prevention and fighting.

Through the signing of the Coordination Regulations, it aims to contribute to improving the effectiveness of management and handling of violations in the fields of land, forest protection and development, ensuring compliance with forestry laws in the management area, ensuring security and order and social order. Thereby, resolutely handling violations in the management and use of land, forest land, forest protection and management, security and order and social order and safety, in order to ensure the effectiveness of the planning for the development of the Regiment's economic-defense zone and the general development orientation of the commune and district.
