On the evening of July 9, a source from VTC News said that the authorities had detained Phan Cong Khanh (29 years old) to investigate the act of Abuse of trust to appropriate property. However, the specific act has not been announced yet.

Phan Cong Khanh is well-known for owning many expensive cars. Last June, Phan Cong Khanh also opened a supercar store on Tran Hung Dao Street (District 1, Ho Chi Minh City). Khanh also often appears next to many famous artists and supercar-playing businessmen in Vietnam.

Phan Cong Khanh's supercar collection includes very valuable cars such as: Rolls-Royce Phantom VIII worth about 80 billion VND, McLaren 720S Spider worth about 23 billion VND, Lamborghini Aventador Roadster worth about 40 billion VND, Ferrari F8 Tributo worth about 22 billion VND, Porsche 918 Spyder worth about 24 billion VND, dozens of Mercedes-AMG G63s worth about 13 billion VND each.
