To contribute to the country's completion of the growth target in 2025, Vinh Phuc province assigns specific tasks to each locality. In particular, with its available potential, Tam Duong district is assigned the task of striving to increase production value by 10% in 2025. This is a difficult and challenging task, requiring flexible and effective solutions to maximize the strengths of the locality.

Right from the beginning of the year, the District People's Committee developed an implementation plan, focusing on the work of reorganizing the apparatus according to the direction of the Central and the province; maintaining the operational order of agencies and organizations after the merger, ensuring smooth operation of the apparatus, not affecting people's lives as well as production and business activities of enterprises.

With a high spirit of determination, the District Party Committee and People's Committee resolutely directed the work of compensation, site clearance, speeding up the progress of projects on industrial parks, clusters, and traffic routes in the area, especially Tam Duong I Industrial Park - Area 2, Tam Duong 2 Industrial Park - Area A, Hoang Lau Industrial Park, Hop Thinh Industrial Park, etc.

Effectively organize the auction of land use rights to increase local budget revenue. Strictly implement the management of state finance and budget. Promote the application of digital transformation in budget revenue and expenditure; cut down on regular expenditures that are not really urgent and necessary to prioritize resources for implementing regimes and policies related to people, social security and urgent and key projects of the district.

Resolutely overcome limitations to accelerate the disbursement of public investment capital right from the beginning of the year. Regularly monitor, guide and promptly remove difficulties during the implementation process, at the same time, resolutely review investors for slow project implementation progress and low capital disbursement.

District leaders require heads of agencies, units, and localities in the area to uphold their sense of responsibility in deciding on investment policies, ensuring focus and key points, not spreading out, and not allowing outstanding debts to arise in basic construction.

In the immediate future, priority will be given to allocating local budget resources to implement projects that have been approved for final settlement, are undergoing final settlement appraisal, are preparing final settlement reports, and projects that are being proposed for inspection and acceptance, and projects that have started construction. Resolutely do not approve new projects without accurately determining resources.

Recognizing the importance of personnel work, the District Party Committee and People's Committee require agencies and units to tighten discipline and administrative discipline, not allowing situations of avoidance, shirking, fear of mistakes, fear of responsibility, leading to low work efficiency. Focus on training and professional development to gradually build a team of civil servants who are united, capable, qualified, and have a high sense of responsibility in their work.

In addition, strengthen inspection of state management work and inspection of the responsibility of leaders in performing assigned tasks, focusing on communes, towns, and areas with many complaints and denunciations, and areas prone to corruption and negativity.

The leaders of Tam Duong district affirmed that in 2025, the locality set a target of 12% growth in the industrial and construction sectors, of which the industrial sector alone achieved a growth rate of 12%. Agriculture, forestry and fishery maintained a growth rate of 5%. The service sector achieved a growth rate of 10%. In addition, the district also set a target of state budget revenue of VND 1,235 billion, an increase of 13% compared to the original plan, of which domestic revenue accounted for VND 376 billion.

With the spirit of "clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities", in the coming time, the locality will continue to create positive changes, determined to successfully implement the set goals, contributing to completing the growth targets assigned by the Provincial People's Committee.
