According to the announcement of Saigon Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SCB), the bid package "Removing 21 advertising panels at 16 SCB business units" has the latest time to receive bid documents at 3:00 p.m. on January 19.
To participate in the bidding, bidders are required to open a payment account at SCB. If they do not agree, they must state the reason.
The bid price of the contractor is considered to include all costs necessary to implement the bid package in accordance with the design and technical requirements stated in the request for quotation.
The bid price of the bidder must include all taxes, fees and charges (if any) applied according to the tax rates, fees and charges at 28 days prior to the bid closing date as prescribed.
Previously, SCB announced the closure of a series of 39 transaction offices in 2023. Next, in early January 2024, the bank announced the suspension of operations of 5 transaction offices in Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City, bringing the total number of transaction offices temporarily suspended in the past year to 44.
In parallel with the above activities, SCB is also offering a batch of 23 specialized money transport vehicles for sale.
SCB said it only sells in batches, not individually. The starting price for this batch of cars is 3.98 billion VND.
The auction will take place on January 19. SCB is responsible for paying corporate income tax, all remaining costs (including fees, charges, taxes, etc.) are the buyer's responsibility.
SCB will be placed under special control from October 2022. The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) is studying the proposal of some investors to participate in restructuring this bank to soon submit to the Government a restructuring plan according to regulations.
In addition, the State Bank has also submitted and received approval from competent authorities for the compulsory transfer policy for four banks: OceanBank, CBBank, GPBank and Dong A Bank.
Authorities are reviewing and preparing to approve the restructuring plan for these banks according to prescribed procedures.
