Not a single Samsung device has been updated to One UI 7, despite the company announcing the beta program in early December. Samsung has not even announced a release date, leaving users with very little information. Now, the tech community can know when Galaxy devices can receive the stable One UI 7 update thanks to a new leak.

Samsung continues to delay One UI 7.
Samsung has significantly delayed the release of the stable One UI 7 and is facing backlash from Galaxy users. It has become customary for Galaxy devices to release security updates, with betas for One UI typically rolling out early in the fourth quarter of each year. However, One UI 7 is not doing so: Samsung has confirmed that the update won't be released before 2025.

Leaks suggest that many will have to wait until June or July this year to experience One UI 7. This has led many to question the reason for the delay, as millions of Galaxy S25 devices have already shipped with the software.

One UI 7 is the South Korean company's latest major software update, and it comes with a redesign of Samsung's interface on Android.

However, the Android 15-based One UI 7.0 update has faced multiple delays over the past few months, and it is being reported that Samsung is busy resolving some issues with the Galaxy S25's One UI 7.0 software. An internal report also revealed that the company might skip the incremental One UI 7.1 update due to these delays.
